The Classic Thinline Edge Smart sign features energy efficient LED's, brilliant contrast and uniform light distribution with an 18" tall viewing area that can be either single sided or double sided. The light source, identical to the light strip featuring Phillips Rebel LEDs used in our standard signs, meets or exceeds all specifications for illumination. The LEDs are rated to maintain 70% of their original brightness after 60,000 hours, while the strip has been certified to exceed a 72 month life. This sign carries a 6 year warranty.

Only 4" inches thick, this new sign is available in 4, 6 and 8-foot lengths. It can be mounted with either standard rigid or free swinging hardware.

LENS
Our lenses are available in two choices, clear and opaque white and are .118" thick impact resistant polycarbonate. The sign faces are held firmly against the sign body with extruded D-cams, eliminating the loss of parts while working on signs in the field.

POWER SUPPLY
Southern Manufacturing builds thermal protection into the light engine of all LED street name signs as a standard feature. The power requirements for Southern Manufacturing LED and induction signs are 110-270v; 50/60 Hz. The fluorescent sign uses 120v; 60Hz.

LIGHT EMITTING DIODES (LED)
Southern Manufacturing uses solid-state, high flux/high output, ultra high brightness cool white lights with minimum projected continuous life of 50,000 hours. All LED signs are tested to ensure light photometric performance.

SIGN FRAME and DOOR
The frame and end cap of our ThinLine LED sign is constructed with flat T5052 H32 .125" thick sheet aluminum and continuously welded, with caulked external seams for superior weather protection. The top and bottom frame is made with extruded 6063 T52 .125" aluminum. The sign depth is equal at top and bottom, 4.25". The end caps are hinged at the bottom of both sides for ease of maintenance and accessibility. The frame and doors are externally powder coated for durability.
